TOUCH CONTROL

• The buttons on the unit's control panel respond to touch. It is therefore not
necessary to apply pressure when touching.
• Use the pad of your finger to touch and not the tip of your finger.
• Each time the unit registers a touch, it beeps.
• Make sure that the buttons are always clean and dry and that they are not
covered (for example by objects or cloths). Even a thin film of water can make
it difficult to operate the keys.

OPERATION

Note: The cooking zones cannot be switched on if the pots are not the right
size. Place the pan on the desired cooking zone before switching on the hob.
Never place hot pots or pans on the surface of the hob control panel. This could
lead to damage.
Only use pots that have the symbol
"INDUCTION SYSTEM" (see illustration on the right).
To avoid permanent damage to the glass ceramic plate, do not use these pots:
• Pots with a bottom that is not completely flat,
• Metal pots with enamelled base.
Switching the hob on/off
• To start the hob, insert the mains plug into the socket and touch the
button, the cooking zone indicators light up.
• If no cooking zone is selected within 60 seconds of switching on, the hob
switches off automatically.
