Door alarm
The use of energy and the temperature inside
the appliance can increase if the appliance
doors are opened often or for long periods
of time.
A beep sounds if the fridge door (2) is left
open for longer than 2 minutes.

Close the fridge door (2).
Shelves
The glass shelves (4) and the bottle rack (5)
in the fridge can be taken out and rearranged
if necessary.
You will achieve the most efficient use of en-
ergy for your appliance if you combine the
drawers, glass shelves and door shelves as
shown in the figure on page EN-17.
1. To remove the glass shelves or the bottle
rack, lift them slightly at the front and then
pull them out of the guide rail.
2. Place the glass shelves or the bottle rack
back into the desired positions.

The cover (6) over the large fruit/vegetable
drawer (8) in the fridge has a slider con-
trol (27) for controlling the humidity.
– Sliding it to the right closes off the airflow
between the large fruit/vegetable draw-
er (8) and the appliance's interior.
– Sliding it to the left opens up the airflow
between the large fruit/vegetable drawer
and the appliance's interior. This will allow
air to circulate.

To close off the airflow between the
large fruit/vegetable drawer (8) and the
appliance's interior, move the slider con-
trol (27) to the right.
Fresh fruit and vegetables can be stored
for a longer period if airflow is restricted
between the large fruit/vegetable drawer
and the appliance's interior.

If the large fruit/vegetable drawer (8) is
fully filled, move the control slider (27)
to the left. This will regulate the air and
humidity inside the large fruit/vegetable
drawer and prolong the shelf life of food.
•
If you see condensation on the under-
side of the glass shelf (6), move the con-
trol slider to the left.
