Installing and removing deflating
nozzles and attachments

NOTICE:
Al ays be sure to install and uninstall
deflating nozzles and attachments only hile the
air vent hose complete is disconnected from the
tool. H a n d l i n g t h e a i r v e n t h o s e c o m p l e t e a s s e m b l e d

Align the guide projections on the pinch valve
n o z z l e w i t h t h e l o c k i n g n o t c h e s o n t h e l o c k s l e e v e o f t h e
a i r v e n t h o s e c o m p l e t e , t h e n p u s h t h e p i n c h v a l v e n o z -
zle firmly into the lock sleeve until it locks in place with a
c l i c k .

NOTICE:
Make sure that the nozzle has been
correctly attached to the air vent hose complete
so the guide projections on the nozzle neatly fit
into the locking notches on the lock sleeve.

4. To remove the deflating nozzle and attachments,
f o l l o w t h e i n s t a l l a t i o n s t e p s i n r e v e r s e .
NOTICE:

Optional accessory
An optional high performance filter (Filter C) is available
f o r r e s t r i c t i n g d u s t i n t a k e i n t o t h e m o t o r u n d e r d u s t y
w o r k i n g c o n d i t i o n s .

T u r n t h e d u s t c a p o n t h e s u c t i o n i n l e t a t t h e r e a r o f
t h e h o u s i n g c o u n t e r c l o c k w i s e t o t a k e t h e d u s t c a p o u t

2. Replace an optional high performance filter on the
s u c t i o n i n l e t , a l i g n i n g t h e t w o l o c k i n g t a b s o n t h e o p t i o n a l
filter with the guide grooves on the housing. Then turn
the optional filter clockwise to secure it in place.

NOTICE:
An optional high performance filter
Filter C can be reused many times by cleaning it
out. Clean dust o the filter regularly as a clogged
filter may block the airflo and cause less effi-
cient operation. Occasionally ash the filter in
ater, rinse and dry thoroughly in the shade
before use.
NOTICE:
Do not ipe, rub or scratch an optional
high performance filter Filter C hardly. Be sure
to shake or blo dust o the filter ith care.

tridge firmly hen installing or removing battery

cartridge firmly may cause them to slip o your hands
a n d r e s u l t i n d a m a g e t o t h e t o o l a n d b a t t e r y c a r t r i d g e
and a personal injury.
