The scale has the degree of protection "IP20". It is protected against
IP20
solid foreign objects with a diameter of ≥12.5 mm and is only intend-
ed for indoor use.
Appliances marked with this symbol are designed for indoor use only.
The "Safety Tested" seal confirms that an appliance marked with this
symbol is safe if used as foreseeable. The test seal confirms conform-
ity with the German Product Safety Act.
