All scheduled and unscheduled maintenance operations, whether on the refrigerated
cabinet or the built-in condensing unit, must be carried out with the system at a
standstill by disconnecting the electrical power supply.
This cleaning operation must be carried out by specialised personnel.
The electric plug of the refrigerated cabinet must always be connected to a fixed socket.
Do not connect the electric plug of the cabinet to an extension lead and/or adaptor.
Before loading goods into the cabinet, wait until the desired temperature set on the control panel
has been reached. Do not set lower temperatures than those for the cabinet category because this
could clog the evaporator.
Do not damage or bend the evaporator fins and the refrigerant fluid pipes.
This professional equipment may only be used and cleaned by adults (> 18 years
in Europe or other limits defined by the local regulatory summary) in a normal
psycho-physical condition and adequately trained and instructed in the field of
health and safety in the workplace.
All operations related to the maintenance and replacement of parts must
be carried out by qualified technical personnel.
Do not preserve explosive substances, such as pressurised containers with
flammable gases, in this device.
The installation of the device and the refrigerated cabinet must only be carried
out by the manufacturer's technicians or skilled personnel.
If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or
by the latter's technical support service or, in any case, by a person with a
similar qualification, in order to prevent any risks.
When parts are replaced or when the plug must be removed, make sure
that an operator can check that the plug has been removed from all sockets.
Before carrying out maintenance, inspection or cleaning operations, it is
necessary to disconnect the power supply.
