CAUTION
Risk of scalding!
When the coffee machine is
in use, hot steam will come
out of it which will lead to
scalding if it comes into con-
tact with unprotected skin.
■ Do not leave the lid open
during operation.
■ Do not touch the lid or
reach just above it during
operation.
■ Avoid all contact with hot
liquid.

1. Open the lid (2) of the water
tank (3).
2. Insert the filter basket (1).
3. Place a commercially-available
size 4 paper filter (12) into the
filter basket (1).
4. Add the desired quantity of
ground coffee.

one level coffee scoop of
medium- to fine-ground
coffee per normal sized cup (ap-
prox. 125 ml). For larger cups,
please use a heaped scoop.

The water tank (3) has a
water level indicator (4) to
measure the quantity of
fresh water. The numbers and
marks are for normal-sized cups.
