supplier. Do not repair the orthosis yourself – this
could compromise its quality and medical efficacy.
For hygienic reasons, the orthosis is not suitable for
treating more than one patient. The sewn-in textile
label is important for the identification and traceability
of the product. We therefore ask you not to remove the
label under any circumstances.
Washing and care instructions
Please observe the care instructions on the textile la-
bel attached to your orthosis. Take the rear stabilising
girdle out of the orthosis, close the touch fasteners
and wash the orthosis in gentle or delicate cycle at
approx. 30 °C. Wash the orthosis separately the first
time (possibility of colour bleeding). If washing by
hand, rinse the orthosis well and allow it to dry at room
temperature. If possible, lay flat. Do not wring it out.
We recommend using the mild Juzo Special Detergent.
To reduce the drying time, you can place the orthosis
on a thick terry towel, roll it up tightly and squeeze it
firmly. Do not leave it in the towel and do not place it
on a heater or in the sun to dry. The orthosis is not sui-
table for tumble drying. Please fasten the stabilising
girdle back into the orthosis again when the orthosis is
completely dry. This Juzo product must not be cleaned
chemically. You can wipe the stabilising girdle clean
with a damp cloth. The cover can be washed just like
the orthosis

Details are provided on the label sewn into your
orthosis.
Storage information and usage duration
Store in a dry place and protect from sunlight. The
medical retailer or doctor prescribing the orthosis will
advise on exactly how long it can be used for.
Indications
JuzoPro Lumbal Xtec:
Chronic low back pain / ligamentoses (ongoing pain
in the lumbar region), degenerative spondylolisthesis
(degenerative vertebral slippage), myostatic, muscular
insufficiency (postural weakness), osteochondro-
sis / spondylosis / spondylarthrosis (mild joint wear),
post-discectomy syndrome (pain syndrome after
surgical removal of intervertebral disc tissue), SI joint
syndrome
JuzoPro Lumbal Xtec Light:
Chronic low back pain / ligamentoses (ongoing pain in
the lumbar region), myostatic, muscular insuffi-
ciency (postural weakness), symphysis loosening,
post-discectomy syndrome (pain syndrome after
surgical removal of intervertebral disc tissue), SI joint
syndrome
Contraindications
In case of the following syndromes or clinical pictures,
the orthosis should only be worn after prior consultati-
on with the treating physician:
skin diseases or skin irritation;
Wounds in the treatment area are to be covered with
sterile dressings.

result of any contraindicated use of this product.
Side effects
There are no known side effects when used as
directed. However, if negative alterations (such as for
example skin irritation) should occur while the use
of our products has been prescribed, please go to
your physician or your specialist dealer immediately.
If an incompatibility should be known against one
or several ingredients of this product, please check
back with your physician before use. If your symptoms
worsen during the time you are wearing the product,
please take off the orthosis and consult a medical
specialist immediately. The manufacturer is not liable
for damages / injuries which have been caused by
improper handling or misuse.
In the event of complaints related to this product, such
as damage to the material or problems with the fit,
please contact the medical retailer directly. Only seri-
ous incidents that may lead to a major deterioration of
the patient's medical condition or to death should be
reported to the manufacturer and the relevant autho-
rity in the Member State. Serious incidents are defined
in Article 2 (65) Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR).
Disposal
As a rule, the product is to be destroyed via the con-
ventional disposal route after the end of use. Please
observe the applicable local / national regulations.

Utilisation

Light soutient la zone lombaire du dos et lui apporte
un soulagement lors des mouvements.
JuzoPro Lumbal Xtec: La pelote sacrale apporte une
stabilisation supplémentaire et a un effet massant sur
les muscles en raison de ses picots de friction.
Comment mettre correctement votre
JuzoPro Lumbal Xtec :
1. Fixez la pelote lombaire selon les instructions du
médecin ou de l'orthopédiste avec la fermeture
velcro entre les deux tiges dorsale vertébrales et
appuyez fermement. La pointe de la pelote doit
être orientée vers le bas (ill. 1).
2. Afin de faciliter l'enfilage, veuillez insérer deux
doigts dans les passants qui se trouvent sur
les éléments de fermeture. Mettez maintenant
l'orthèse en place autour du corps (ill. 2) et fixez la
