10 Overview Securepoint Operation Center

The Securepoint Operation Center (SOC) can also be used for administration
and configuration as usual. The Securepoint Operation Center allows you to
manage your Securepoint NextGen UTM's and VPN gateways simply,
centrally, remotely, manage configurations, monitor and backup.
The Operation Center has a client-server architecture. The SOC server is
installed as a virtual machine in your data center or on a local server and
communicates with your existing Securepoint systems.
There is the possibility of direct SSH connections to individual firewalls. The
usual settings of the administration web interface can be accessed here. The
Client of the Operation Center is installed locally on a computer.
Log-Center:
In addition, the SOC offers the possibility to archive the syslogs of the
Securepoint NextGen UTM and VPN Gateway and to evaluate them in
reports. These reports can also be sent to you via an established email
address.
