Cleaning
When cleaning your lopper do not spray the pruner with water or immerse it in water.
1.
Do not spray the equipment with water or immerse it in water, otherwise it may cause
electric shock.
2.
Keep the handle of the ventilation tank, engine room and equipment clean.
3.
Clean with a damp cloth or brush.
4.
Do not use detergents.
5.
Please clean the blade carefully after each use.
6.
Wipe the blade with an oily cloth and spray with metal protective spray.
7.
After 8 hours of continuous operation, please disassemble the front cover of the
equipment to clean the wood chips and other impurities.
Blade lubrication
When the lopper get used intensively, of after a long period of non utilization, check regularly
the lubrication of the gears of the blade.

Disassembly and assembly maintenance steps
General maintenance, cleaning, lubrication and blade replacement requires limited disassembly
and assembly of your lopper.
1.
Place the lopper on a table with the blade facing right. Open the inspection cover by
unscrewing the two screws.
2.
Unscrew the locking screw.
3.
Unfasten the left-hand thread nut and remove it. After that, also remove the washer with
ball bearings.
4.
Remove the blade and apply the grease on gears. Do the same with the new blade, in case
of replacement.
5.
Turn the lopper on the opposite side, with the blade facing left. Unfasten the central bolt
and the anvil locking bolt.
6.
Turn the lopper on the opposite side, with the anvil facing right, to remove the anvil.
7.
Apply grease in the hole of the central bolt.
8.
Insert the anvil (or the new one in case of replacement) and fasten it with the central bolt.
9.
Place the anvil locking bolt.
10. Place the blade.
11. Insert the washer with ball bearings and the left-hand thread nut, then fasten them.
12. Insert the screw.
13. Place the cover and close it with the two screws.
