One channel does not work:
• A cinch cable has come loose from the Internet radio or the amplifier input or the cable is defective.
• A speaker cable has come loose at the amplifier.
A drone is audible:
• The cinch cable is defective.
The remote control does not work:
• The batteries are flat. Replace them with new ones.
• The batteries are inserted incorrectly.
• Point the front of the IR remote control with the integrated LED at the IR receiver on the front of the
Internet radio.
• The range of the IR remote control is up to 8 m.
The Internet radio does not react to pushing buttons (neither at the device nor via the remote control):
• Switch off the Internet radio, and switch if on again after waiting for a few seconds. If this does not help,
pull the mains plug from the socket for a few seconds.

16. Handling

• Never connect the mains plug to a mains socket immediately after the device has been taken from a cold
to a warm environment. The resulting condensation may destroy the device.
Allow the device to reach room temperature before connecting it. Wait until the condensation has eva-
porated.
• Never pull the mains plug from the mains socket by the cable. Only pull it from the mains socket by the
intended grip areas.
• Disconnect the device from the power supply if not used for an extended period (e.g. during storage), pull
the mains plug from the mains socket. Remove the batteries from the IR remote control as well
• Disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket during thunderstorms for reasons of safety.
• Do not listen to excessively loud music over an extended period of time. This may damage your hearing.
