Read the operating instructions carefully before starting

Stationary hot air welder
Application
• Overlapp, hem and hem piping welding of industrial fabrics made of PVC, PP and PE for basic weld seams.
• Overlapp, hem and hem piping welding of industrial and coated fabrics .
Processing only in well ventilated rooms

Warning
Danger of death when opening the device, as live parts and connections are
exposed. Remove the plug from the socket before opening the device.
Risk of fire and explosion if hot air welding devices are used incorrectly,
especially in the vicinity of flammable materials and explosive gases.
Danger – can cause burns ! Do not touch the welding nozzle, overlap guide
or pressure rollers while hot. Allow the hot air welder to cool down.
Do not direct hot air stream towards people or animals.
Connect device to power socket with protective earth conductor. Any break in
the protective earth conductor inside or outside the device is dangerous!
Only use extension cables with protective earth conductor!
Risk of entanglement ! Do not touch pressure rollers when closing or during
operation.
Caution
The nominal voltage indicated on the hot air welder must correspond to the

mains voltage. EN 61000-3-11; Z

If necessary, consult electricity supply utilty.
Move out hot air blower upon mains failure.
A RCCB (Residual Current Circuit Breaker) is recommended for the safety of

persons.
The hot air welder must not be left unattended when in use.
Heat can reach combustible materials which are out of sight.
The hot air welder may only be used by trained personnel or under their
supervision. Children may not use the device under any circumstances.
Keep away from wet and damp areas.
Transport machine to the site using lifting gear (crane, elevator etc.).
Loss of stability ! Fasten machine on a solid and stable work bench.
