Symptom
Rope wheel
decentralizes
and makes
noise with
higher load.

Make sure you have the following information at hand before contacting Lojer
Service:
• Product name and model
• Serial number
• Acquisition year
• Detailed description of the problem.
The product name, model, serial number and date of manufacture can be found
on the type plate attached on a bar in the lower frame of the shower Pulley (see
type plate in Image 24).
