Kuppeln der Auslösewellen des Stör-
lichtbogenbegrenzer bei Einzelfeldliefe-
rung
LDTM – Schaltfelder mit Störlichtbogenbegrenzer
sind untereinander mit je einer Kupplung versehen
(Bild 3).
Bei im Werk komplettierten Anlagen ist die
Welle bereits gekuppelt.
Vor Inbetriebnahme der Schaltanlage ist daher
darauf zu achten, daß die Kupplung der Auslöse-
wellen zweier benachbarter Schaltfelder funkti-
onstüchtig ist;
Achten Sie darauf, daß die Auslösewellen
aller Schaltfelder vor Inbetriebnahme ge-
kuppelt sein müssen, um die Funktion des
Störlichtbogenbegrenzers zu sichern. Für
Schäden und Betriebsstörungen, die sich
aus dem Nichtkuppeln der Auslösewellen
ergeben, übernehmen wir keine Haftung!
Nach Montage der Schaltanlage Zylinderschraube
des Kuppelteils lösen und Kuppelteil nach links in
das benachbarte Schaltfeld schieben (Bild 1).
Kuppelteil über die Auslösewelle bis vor spürbaren
Anschlag schieben, auf Leichtgängigkeit achten,
Zylinderschraube vor der Auslösewelle in Kuppel-
teil fest andrehen (Bild 2).
Auslösewelle auf Leichtgängigkeit prüfen.
Die Auslösemechanik des Störlichtbogen-
begrenzers
wurde
eingestellt. Nehmen Sie daher keine Verän-
derungen an der Aulösemechanik vor, da es
ansonsten zu Fehlverhalten oder Nichtan-
sprechen führen kann.

Coupling of the Drive Shafts of the Arc
limiting device for Single Field Supplies
LDTM cubicles with an arc limiting device are inter-
linked by a coupling (Figure 3).
In case of switchgears that have been
completed in the factory the shaft has al-
ready been coupled.
Before setting to work of the switchgear you should
thus make sure that the coupling of the shafts in
the two nearby switching cubicles are in a perfect
functional state.
Please make sure that the drive shafts of
all cubicles are coupled before the start of
the switchgear to guarantee the operation
of the arc limiting device. For damages and
troubles during operation that result from
the lacking coupling of the drive shaft we
do not assume any responsibility.
After the assembly of the switchgear loosen the
cylindrical screw of the coupling part and move the
coupling part left hand into the nearby cubicle
(Figure 1).
Move the coupling part across the drive shaft up to
the sensible stop, provide for an easy gliding and
tighten the cylindrical screw in front of the drive
shaft in the coupling part (Figure 2).
Check the easy gliding of the drive shaft.
The triggering of the arc limiting device was
adjusted optimal at the factory. Never
change these settings, because mistakes or
not actuating are possible
