Whipping cream

You can also use the appliance to whip cream with the help of the emulsifying
disc 6:
1) Place the bowl 8 on the base 0 .
2) Push the emulsifying disc 6 onto the blade holder 5:

To whip 100 ml of cream, place the emulsifying disc 6 onto the blade
holder 5 so that it lies against both blades 7 and clicks into place (fig . 2):

To whip 200 ml of cream, turn the emulsifying disc 6 horizontally by 180°
(fig . 3), so that it is in contact with only one blade 7 and clicks into place
(fig . 4) . The emulsifying disc 6 then churns higher through the cream .
