7.1 Topping up with drinking water

 Always use fresh drinking water! Never reuse water from defrosted ice cubes!
 The temperature of the drinking water should not exceed 25°C.
 Make sure that the drain opening (12) on the water reservoir (13) is sealed with
the stopper.
Open the lid (1) and remove
the ice cube basket (14).
Fill the water reservoir (13) with
fresh drinking water. Do not fill
beyond the MAX mark.
Replace the ice cube basket
(14) and close the lid (1).
Please note that, contrary to what is shown in the diagram above, the MAX marking is
merely embossed into the material of the device and cannot be shown in black for food
safety reasons.

7.2 Starting to make ice cubes

The first time you make ice cubes, it may take a little longer than set out
below as the device is not already cold.
 Because of the temperature of the water and the ambient temperature, it takes
three ice-making cycles to produce the largest ice cubes.
 The production time is a direct function of the water temperature and the ambient
temperature.

7.2.1 Making large ice cubes

The default setting is to produce large ice cubes.
After each production cycle, there is the option to change the ice cube size by pressing
and holding the "POWER" button
displayed on the control panel (2) as follows:
The "ICE MAKING" LED (3) lights green: The device produces large ice cubes.
The "ICE MAKING" LED (3) lights yellow: The device produces small ice cubes.
Press the "POWER" button
LED (3) flashes green.
(6) for approx. 3 seconds. The mode selected is
(6) briefly to start making large ice cubes. The "ICE MAKING"
