2. Open the outer box.
3. Remove the accessories from the box and carefully lay them on the ground.
4. Remove the appliance from the packaging.
N.B.: it is recommended that all the packaging components be kept for any future
transportation of the appliance.
CAUTION: these operations must be carried out using protective gloves to avoid any
possible contact with the edges or tips of metal objects.
DANGER: before use, the appliance must be in order and safe to use with the work
equipment, especially the power cable and the extension cable. If everything is not in order,
the appliance must not be used.
5. Insert the vacuum hose into the nozzle on the collection tank, press the button on the nozzle
and insert the vacuum hose fully (Fig.05).
6. Connect the extension pipe to the vacuum hose.
7. Choose the most suitable attachment for the work to be carried out and connect it to the
extension pipe.
Dry cleaning:
1. Check that the vacuum motor control switch is in the "0" position, otherwise turn the switch to
the off position (Fig.04).
2. Check that the plug on the power cable is connected to the power supply socket, otherwise
disconnect it.
WARNING: To prevent damaging the power cable, disconnect the plug from the mains
socket by directly pulling the plug and not the cable.
3. Free the vacuum head (Fig.06) and check that the cloth filter is correctly positioned (Fig.08).
N.B.: For dry use, ensure that the inside of the collection tank is drained of all liquid

N.B: If cartridge filters or dust collection bags are used instead of the cloth filter, make
sure they are positioned correctly.
4. Secure the vacuum head to the collection tank (Fig.09-10).
5. Plug the power cable into the mains socket.

else "CARPET FLOORS". Proceed with the vacuuming.
N.B: If while working you note that the vacuum accessory is sticking too much to the
surface on which it is being used, adjust the air flow inside the vacuum hose using the lever
on the grip and free the accessory (Valid for versions P211 and A211).
ATTENTION: Risk of damage! If dry vacuuming, never remove the cloth filter while
vacuuming. Vacuuming fine dust requires the replacement of the cloth filter with a more
appropriate cartridge filter (optional component).
If when working a reduction in the vacuuming power is noted or the noise of the appliance
becomes louder:
Switch off the appliance, position the vacuum motor switch to position "0" (Fig. 04).
Remove the plug from the power socket.
WARNING: To prevent damaging to the mains socket, disconnect the plug from the mains
socket by directly pulling the plug and not the power cable.

Shake and clean the cloth filter (Fig.10).
N.B: If the surface of the filter is extremely dirty, brush the filter with a normal soft brush to
clean it thoroughly.
