7. Use the wall bracket as a template and mark out where you need to drill on the exterior wall. Place a
bracket close to each corner of the panel, both on the top and bottom.
8. Attach the ventilator panel to the exterior wall.
9. Push the tube on the air outlet into the wall and install the air outlet on the interior wall using the metal
mounting tabs.
10. Open the thermostat by removing the retaining screw and the cover.
11. Mount the thermostat near the air outlet and connect the cable to the thermostat. Connect the red
wire to the connection marked 1 and the blue wire to the connection marked 3.
12. Set the thermostat to the desired room temperature. The fan will switch off automatically when the
desired temperature has been reached.
13. If the solar panel ventilator receives an adequate amount of sunlight the fan will automatically turn off
once the temperature in the room goes above the desired set temperature and turns on automatically
again once the temperature drops.
