• Do not dry this product on heating systems or other sources of direct
heat.
Guarantee / warranty
• This medical product is intended to be used multiple times by one
patient and is therefore not intended to be transferred to third parties.
If the insole is used to treat more than one person or is altered in an
incorrect manner, the product liability will be rendered null and void.
• No claims on the guarantee may be asserted for any damages which
are caused by improper usage.
• Discolouration of the product does not constitute the grounds for a
complaint.
• In the event of any complaints regarding the product such as damage
to the aid or a fault in the fit, please report to your specialist medical
retailer directly. Only serious incidents which could lead to a
significant deterioration in health or to death are to be reported to the
manufacturer or the relevant authorities in the EU member state. The
criteria for serious incidents are defined in Section 2, No. 65 of the
Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR).
Transportation and storage conditions
• Store the product in a dry place, out of direct sunlight and away from
heat.
• This aid has a shelf life of 42 months. This includes the storage life
and the length of time that they may be used for. The length of time
that they may be used for extends between 6 - 12 months, depending
on how much and how heavily they are worn.
Disposal
• You can dispose of this product with your household waste.
