AIR FRY
The principle of this mode is to heat the air
streams and circulate them thanks to a fan. The
speed is constantly changing - this is necessary so
that overcooking does not occur. Place the dish in
a special mesh basket and put in the oven. The
dish will be evenly cooked on all sides without the
need to add oil or fat.
LOW TEMPERATURE MODE (35-50 DEGREES)
In this mode dishes can be cooked that require
fermentation (dough proving, yogurts, sour milk
and other drinks that "ferment").
And by increasing the temperature to 50 degrees,
this mode can also be used for cooking
homemade
marshmallows,
defrosting
foods,
drying vegetables, fruits, herbs or mushrooms.
This mode can also be used for cooking for 24
hours.
ECO
By the economy mode, the blower fan works
constantly, and the heating elements with pauses,
but at the same time the thermostat controls the
correct cooking process.
PLATE WARMING
A fan distributes in an optimal way towards the
internal space of the oven. The thermostat allows
the user to control and set the appliance at the
desired temperature. The circulation of the air
heats the drawer in a rapid and uniform way.
