Grill mode

Using the grill rack

• Always place the grill rack (15) on the
rotary glass plate (3). Please ensure that
the grill rack is positioned completely on
the turntable.
Grill mode
1. Always place the enclosed grill
rack (15) on the turntable (3) in order to
grill food.
2. Press the "Function" button (14).
The display (8) shows
3. In order to set the desired power level,
press the "Function" button (14) several
times, or turn the function dial (12) clock-
wise until G -1 is shown on the display.
4. Confirm the selection by pressing the
"Start/+30 Sec./Confirm" button (11).
5. Set the grill duration to the desired time
using the function dial (12).
6. Press the "Start /+30sec./Confirm" but-
ton (11).
The Grill mode starts.
When half of the preset time has elapsed,
two signal tones will sound along with the
notification that the dish should be turned
over. This ensures that the grill is more ef-
fective.
7. Open the cooking chamber door (6) and
rotate the foodstuff.
8. Close the door and press the "Start/+30
Sec./Confirm" button (11).
The appliance will continue grilling, even
if you do not turn the food over halfway
through.

Convection mode

Convection cooking enables you to prepare
meals as you would in a conventional oven.
The microwave function is not switched on.
It is recommended that the appli-
ance be preheated to the desired
temperature before placing the food
into the cooking chamber.
Convection cooking with pre-heat
function
1. Press the "Function" button (14).
The display (8) shows
2. In order to set the desired temperature,
press the "Function" button (14) several
times, or turn the function dial (12) clock-

You can set the temperature from 100 °C
to 190 °C.
3. Confirm the selection by pressing the
"Start/+30 Sec./Confirm" button (11).
4. To begin preheating, press the
"Start/+30 Sec./Confirm" button (11) again.
Once the preset temperature has been
reached in the cooking chamber (1), two
signal tones will sound. The temperature
signal is flashing on the display (8).
5. Open the cooking chamber door (6) and
place the dish on the turntable (3).
6. Close the cooking chamber door (6).
7. Set the cooking time to the desired dura-
tion using the function dial (12).
The maximum cooking time is 95 minutes.
8. Press the "Start /+30sec./Confirm" but-
ton (11).
The cooking process will start.
The cooking time can only be set
when the preset temperature has
been reached.
If the cooking time is not set within 5 minutes
of the desired temperature being reached,
the appliance will end the preheating phase.
The signal tone will sound five times when the
appliance switches into sleep mode.
