DAS GERÄT KENNENLERNEN
Induktionskochfelder sind mit speziellen Induk-
tionsspulen ausgestattet, die ein Magnetfeld
erzeugen, das direkt auf die eisenhaltigen Kom-
ponenten des Geschirrbodens übertragen wird.
Das Kochen mit Induktion hat mehrere Vorteile:
- optimale Leistung ohne Verluste, daher Verbrauchs-
reduzierung
- schnelles Kochen
- absolute Sicherheit (die Kochzone schaltet sich nur
bei Kontakt mit einem Topf oder einer Pfanne ein,
das Kochfeld bleibt kalt)
- äußerst leichte Reinigung

Am Anfang könnte das neue Gerät Rauch oder
unangenehmen Geruch erzeugen, was auf die Ver-
brennung von Fetten zurückzuführen ist, die bei der
Herstellung verwendet werden. Sorgen Sie in diesem
Fall für die Lüftung des Raums.

UNDERSTANDING THE APPLIANCE
Induction cooking zones are equipped with special
induction coils in order to generate a magnetic field
which is directly transferred to iron components at
the base of pans/pots.
Induction cooking offers various advantages:
- excellent performance with no leakages, therefore a
reduction in waste products
- rapid cooking times
- complete safety (the cooking zone is only activated
upon contact with a pan/pot and the zone surface
remains cool)
- easy cleaning.
