Verify that the instrument operates normally to ensure that no damage occured during storage
or shipping. If you find any damage, contact your authorized Hioki distributor or reseller.

The battery cover is closed and its screw
has been securely tightened.

There is no foreign matter on the
measurement terminals. (p.11)

The test leads are not broken.
