1 Einleitung
1.1 Verwendung
Thermostate regeln und überwachen thermische Prozesse.
Die Thermostate WTHc sind geeignet für den Einsatz in Warmluftanlagen nach
DIN 4794 und bestehen aus drei getrennten Mess- und Schaltsystemen mit den
Funktionen:
• Temperaturregler (TR)
• Temperaturwächter (TW)
• Sicherheitstemperaturbegrenzer (STB)
Der STB versetzt bei Störungen die überwachte Anlage in einen betriebssicheren
Zustand. Warmluftthermostate arbeiten nach dem Prinzip der Flüssigkeitsausdeh-
nung. Die elektrischen Schaltelemente sind Mikroschalter.
Die Thermostate entsprechen der DIN EN 60730.
Baumusterprüfung nach DIN EN 14597
Wartung: Die Geräte sind wartungsfrei. Im Falle einer Störung, senden Sie bitte
das Gerät mit genauer Fehlerangabe an den Lieferanten zurück.
1.2 Sicherheitshinweise
• Knicken oder Durchtrennen der Fernleitung führt zum dauerhaftem Ausfall des
Gerätes.
• Beim Bruch des Messsystems kann Flüssigkeit austreten.

Introduction
Use
Thermostats are used to control and monitor thermal processes.
The thermostats WTHc are suitable for the use in hot air systems according to
DIN 4794 and consist of three separate measuring and switching systems with the
following functions:
• Temperature controllers (TR)
• Temperature monitors (TW)
• Safety temperature limiters (STB)
In the event of a malfunction, the STB switches the monitored machine line to an
operational safe status. Hot air thermostats operate according to the fluid expan-
sion principle. The electrical switching elements are microswitches.
The thermostats comply with EN 60730.
Type examination as per DIN EN 14597
Maintenance: The devices do not require any maintenance. In the event of a
fault, please return the instrument to the supplier, together with an exact descrip-
tion of the fault you have observed.
Safety information
• Cutting through or kinking the capillary will lead to permanent instrument failure.
• Liquid may escape in the event of a measuring system fracture.

Úvod
Použití
Termostaty řídí a monitorují tepelné procesy.
Termostaty WTHc jsou vhodné pro použití v teplovzdušných systémech podle
DIN 4794 a skládají se ze tří samostatných měřicích a spínacích systémů s funk-
cemi:
• Regulátor teploty (TR)
• Monitor teploty (TW)
• Bezpečnostní omezovač teploty (STB)
V případě poruchy uvede STB sledovaný systém do provozně bezpečného stavu.
Teplovzdušné termostaty fungují na principu expanze kapaliny. Elektrické spínací
prvky jsou mikrospínače.
Termostaty splňují požadavky normy DIN EN 60730.
Typová zkouška podle DIN EN 14597
Údržba : Jednotky jsou bezúdržbové. V případě poruchy vraťte přístroj dodavateli
s přesnými údaji o závadě.
Bezpečnostní pokyny
• Překroucení nebo přeříznutí kapiláry způsobí trvalou poruchu jednotky.
• V případě poškození měřicího systému může dojít k úniku kapaliny.
