2.4.1.1.4 Port: Schalten in Serie (coldstart)

Das Kommando 'coldstart' schaltet alle Output Ports in einem Moment aus, und
schaltet Sie danach gemäß der aktuellen Output Port-Konfiguration zeitlich verzögert
wieder ein, so als würde das Gerät einen Kaltstart durchlaufen.
