3-3 REFRIGERATOR CONNECTIONS
The refrigeration connections are made to the
connections on the right side of the machine.
The connections for refrigeration lines are of the
"flare" type. The indoor unit must be connected to
the condensing unit by means of Flare connections
with refrigeration-quality copper pipe provided
with the ends of Flare nuts and insulated on the
entire length. It is absolutely essential to respect the
diameters provided on the PARKAIR units under
penalty of voiding the warranty. If evaporating units
with refrigeration units other than those provided
on the PARKAIR units are used, use suitable
reduction fittings (be careful to fit these fittings on
the evaporating unit). Use only "refrigerant" quality
copper pipes of a suitable diameter for each model.
The "gas" pipe and the "liquid" pipe must be

In this case it is necessary to carry out a siphon on the
suction pipe in order to block the flow of refrigerant
and to avoid, therefore, return of liquid to the
compressor. The connection pipes must be insulated.

condensation at the joints.

difference in level between the evaporating unit
and the condensing unit greater than 5 m, it will be
necessary to set up a siphon every 3 m. The siphon
must have a bending radius as narrow as possible.
MCW 2.0 UNIT IN HIGH AND FAN UNIT IN LOW
In this case, they must be on the suction pipe provided
of siphons every 3 meters in altitude. These siphons
will have the purpose of making possible the return
of the oil to the compressor. The connection pipes
must be insulated. The maximum height difference
(H) must not exceed the values indicated.
