1-3 PERMITTED USE AND WARNINGS
These devices have been designed for heating
and / or cooling the air in a domestic or tertiary
environment. A different application, not expressly
authorized by the manufacturer, is to be considered
improper and therefore not permitted.
The company excludes any contractual and
extracontractual liability
to people, animals or things, from installation,
adjustment and maintenance errors, from improper
use or from a partial or superficial reading of the
information contained in this manual. Moreover,
in the constant action of product improvement,
it reserves the right to modify the data expressed
at any time and without notice, and declines any
responsibility for any inaccuracies contained in this
document, if due to printing or transcription errors.
Read this manual carefully, the execution
of all the works must be carried out by
expert personnel and equipped with
the qualifications necessary to work
on live parts, the use of the refrigerant,
knowledge of the regulations in force in
the various countries, etc.
The validity of the warranty is void if the indications
mentioned above are not respected.
The documentation supplied with the unit it must
be delivered to the end customer (user) so that it is
kept carefully for any future maintenance or
assistance.
Upon delivery of the goods by the transporter,
check the integrity of both the packaging and the
units. If you find any damage or lack of components,
indicate this on the delivery note upon receipt of
the unit: please check all the parts in order to verify
that the transport has not caused damage;

The appliance cannot be used by children
under the age of 8 and by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capacities, or lacking in
experience or the necessary knowledge. Cleaning
and maintenance intended to be carried out by the
user must not be carried out by children without
supervision.
Do not disassemble or repair the unit while it is in
operation.
Do not spray or throw water directly on the unit.
Water could cause electric shock or damage.
Do not drop the remote control on the ground, do
not crush the buttons with pointed objects as the
remote control may be damaged.
Never place any object under the indoor unit as
it may get wet. Turn off the power switch if the air
conditioner is not used for a prolonged period.
When the power switch is turned on, electricity is
consumed even if the system is not working.

any damage present must be communicated to the
carrier, putting the reserve clause in the delivery
note, specifying the type of damage. Send, the
documentation by fax or registered mail within 8
days from the date of receipt of the goods, with a
formal complaint to the company.
Dispose of the packaging materials in the
appropriate containers at the appropriate collection
centers.
Be sure to connect the air conditioner
to the mains or to a power outlet of the
correct voltage and frequency.
Power supply with the wrong voltage
and frequency could cause damage to
the unit, with the consequent risk of fire.
The voltage must be stable, there must
not be large fluctuations.
Properly connect the air conditioner with
grounding. Do not connect the grounding
cable to gas pipes, water pipes, lightning
rods or to the telephone grounding
cable. Improper connection may cause
electric shock.
Carefully spread the power and connection cables
between the units: they must not be subjected to
mechanical stresses. The cables must be protected.
Do not make connections on the power cable but
use a longer cable. Joints can cause overheating
or fire. If the units are installed in places exposed
to electromagnetic interference it is necessary to
use shielded twisted cables for the communication
connections between the units.

Periodically check that the installation conditions
have not been altered, have the system checked by
a qualified technician. Do not remove the protective
grids. In the event of anomalies, switch off and
interrupt the power supply using the omnipolar
switch. If the anomaly persists, the unit may be
damaged. Contact the local Assistance Service. Do
not use the conditioner to store food or to dry
clothes.
