7. Buttons and their functions

You can change settings or programs on your CATSOMAT by using a total of 5
buttons with the following functions:
Menu button
By pressing the menu button, you will enter the so-called settings menu. Furthermore, it enables you
to exit this menu and enter the information menu.
Arrow buttons
The arrow buttons enable you to scroll up or down in the display. You can also change the displayed
values such as time, feeding temperature etc.
E-button
This button corresponds to an "Enter" key. Any desired settings will be confirmed and stored by
pressing the "E" button.
C-button
The C-button enables you to delete any programmed feeding times by pressing the button once in the
respective menu. By pressing the C-button in any other menu items, you will exit this menu without
making changes.

8. First steps

Take the CATSOMAT out of the box and place it on a firm surface. Now please connect the power
supply unit (fig. 12) to the device. Make sure that you always connect the power plug to the mains.
Please be sure to observe the required voltage range (for technical data, see point 2).
Use the CATSOMAT only with the power plug supplied. The battery integrated in
the CATSOMAT is not designed to operate or program the device in continuous
battery mode, but is intended exclusively as a so-called "emergency generator".
Then, please press the unlock buttons (fig. 8) embedded on both sides of the device lid and open it.
Now you can take out the feeding tray by lifting it in a vertical direction.
