Basil pesto
50 g fresh basil, 1 clove pressed garlic, 6 tbsp olive oil, 25 g parmesan cut into 2 x 2 cm pieces,
1 tbsp pine nuts, salt
Place all the ingredients into the chopper and prepare basil pesto with 10 to 15 vigorous strokes.
Tuna spread
160 g tuna in brine, 1 medium-sized onion, 1 hardboiled egg, 1 small pickled cucumber, 100 g sof-
tened butter, 50 g processed cheese, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, salt and pepper
Divide tuna, onion, butter and processed cheese into 2 x 2 cm pieces, place all the ingredients into
the chopper and prepare tuna spread with 15 to 20 vigorous strokes.
Spread with avocado
1 ripe peeled avocado, 100 g mascarpone, 1 medium-sized onion (70 g), 5 halved cherry tomatoes,
2 cloves finely pressed garlic, salt, pepper, pinch of chili
Divide the avocado and onion into 2 x 2 cm pieces, place all the ingredients into the chopper and
prepare avocado spread with 15 to 20 vigorous strokes.
Yogurt dressing with herbs
150 g white yogurt, 50 g sour cream, 1 tsp chives, 1 tsp parsley, 1 tsp basil and 1 tsp dill, salt and
pepper to taste
Spin rinsed herbs in the basket and chop them with a few strokes. Add the other ingredients and
mix well using the whisk.
Salad dressing with basil
100 ml olive oil, juice from 1 lemon, handful of basil leaves, salt and pepper to taste

ents and mix well using the whisk. Useful hint: You can replace lemon juice with wine vinegar
or balsamic vinegar.
