Use
Switch on the treadmill. All displays light up
and the main display shows the message
WELCOME. The treadmill is ready for manual
adjustment after 3 seconds.
Put the dead-man's switch on. The main
display shows the message SELECT
PROGRAM OR PRESS START TO BEGIN.
If the dead-man's switch is not on, the main
display will show the message SAFETY KEY
PROTECTION and the treadmill cannot be
started.

Manual setting

Press the MODE button to change
between setting time, distance or calorie
consumption.
The main display shows:
ADJUST TIME THEN PRESS START
(Indstil tid, og tryk på START).
ADJUST DISTANCE THEN PRESS START
(Indstil distance, og tryk på START).
ADJUST CALORIES THEN PRESS START
(Indstil kalorieforbrug, og tryk på START).
The display shows the standard value for
the selected parameter. Press the SPEED +/-
button to change the value.
Press the START button. The treadmill starts
at the lowest speed after 3 seconds.
Adjust the speed using the 4, 8, 12 or SPEED
+/- buttons or turn the right handle.

Adjust the incline using the 4%, 8%, 12% or
INCLINE +/-buttons or turn the left handle.
Once the set time, distance or calorie
consumption has been reached, the treadmill
gradually stops.
You can stop the treadmill at any time by
pressing the Stop button or by removing the
dead man's switch.
Automatic shut-off
If the treadmill has been inactive for 10
minutes, it automatically goes into standby
to save power. Press any button to turn the
treadmill back on.

Built-in programs

While the treadmill is still, you can press the
PROG button to choose one of the built-in
programs from 1 to 18.
The standard time for each program is 30
minutes, and the time can be changed
by pressing the SPEED +/- or INCLINE +/-
buttons.
Each program is divided up in to 16 equal
parts, and a beep sounds each time the
program moves to the next stage. Each stage
has a predefined speed and incline, and the
combination of these constitutes the profile
of the program that is shown as bars on the
main display.
Press the START button to start the treadmill
on the selected program. Once the program
is completed, a few beeps will sound and the
display shows the message END. Press the
Stop button to put the treadmill in standby.
