EY COMBINATIONS OVAL DISPLAY
CAUTION
In the event of a malfunction, first check that these key
combinations have not been accidentally activated.
Some key combinations are used for restricted modes; it is recom-
mended not to activate these combinations, in particular:
a) by pressing the "Pump" + "Up / Down" buttons simulta-
neously for a few seconds, the normal operation of the spa may
be interrupted.
To restore operation, press and hold the indicated keys again for
a few seconds.
b) by pressing the "Blower" + "Up / Down" keys simulta-
neously, the display shows an alphanumeric value.
Do not press any button and wait about 10 seconds, until this
value disappears.

Setting the water temperature

The water is heated with an electrical heater (or a heat exchanger,
where provided). Do not set an excessively high water temperature,
i.e. over the limit of 40 °C. The recommended temperature is 35-36
°C.
If the electric consumption limit is active (see relevant chapter)
and, by switching on the pump, the heater turns off (the led relative
to the symbol flashes), the heater will be turned on again, if nec-
essary, 10 seconds after the pump itself is turned off.

ATER TEMPERATURE
To check or modify the water temperature, do the following:
Press the "Up/Down"
show the current saved temperature.
Press the key "Up/Down"
value from a minimum of 15 °C to a maximum of 40 °C (59÷104 °F).
NOTE:
- Press and hold the button down until you reach the desired val-
ue; by releasing the button and pressing it again, the adjustment is
made in the opposite direction.
- During operation of the heater, the light spot on the screen next to
the temperature value flashes.
To show the temperature of the water in the tub again, do
not touch any key for about 5 seconds.
To ensure precise measurement of the water temperature,
the pump is turned on at low speed (or the filtering pump,
where present), approximately every half an hour for 30 seconds
(even if filtering cycles are not set).

When the system is turned off, or there is a power outage, the last
set point is stored in memory.
When heating is in operation, the LED located under the
bol comes on (if it flashes, this means that heating has been paused,
so as not to exceed the maximum permitted consumption; see the
information at the beginning of the chapter).
CAUTION
Do not use the hot tub if the water temperature is 40 °C
or more.
CAUTION
Do not use the hot tub if the water has a very low tem-
perature (models with Jacuzzi® Cool Power heat pump).
Refer to the heat pump and/or hot tub manual for usage
warnings.

AINTENANCE OF MINIMUM TEMPERATURE OF WATER IN TUB

AND ANTI FREEZE PROTECTION OF THE PIPES
"Smart Winter" mode lets you make use of a special probe to
monitor the temperature of the compartment under the tub, which
contains the all of the pipes of the plumbing circuit. In extreme
conditions, the system may turn on this protection (indicated on
the display by the message ICE), switching on the pump(s) and the
blower (where present).
ATTENTION: In the case of particularly low temperatures
specifically, check the electrical power supply regularly to
ensure that the function is not interrupted.
The pumps are turned on at pre-set intervals:
- temperature between 12 and 15 ° C (54 - 59 °F):
every 2 hours
- temperature between 9 and 12 ° C (48 - 54 °F):
every hour
- temperature between 6 and 9 ° C (42 - 48 °F):
every 30 minutes
- temperatures at or below 6 ° C (42 °F):
every 15 minutes
NOTES
- If the temperature of the compartment drops rapidly, the frequen-
cy of activation increases.
- If it becomes necessary to turn on the anti-freeze protection during
a filtering cycle, these will be suspended and resume when the cycle
is complete.
- If it is necessary to perform an anti-freeze cycle while a function
activated by the user is in progress, the cycle will be activated 15
minutes after the end of the function.
- If this protection is active, the spotlight may still be turned on.

NERGY SAVINGS MODE
When this function is on, the water heater only turns on again when
the temperature drops to approximately 10°C (50°F) below the set-
point.The minimum permitted temperature is 15°C.
