The recommended location for Saunum
Professional in the sauna room.
The minimum safety distance all around
from the device is 250 mm ( ).
NB! Covering the walls and ceiling with
protective non-flammable sheet material
directly on the surface of the walls or ceil-
ing without a minimal distance 20 mm air
gap, might cause the danger of overheating
and the risk of fire of/in the wall or ceiling
material.
NB! It is required to use a protective
screen on the ceiling of a publicly used
sauna.
ATTENTION!
• The heat accumulating back wall
surface materials must be insulated
and must be built with non­flam­
mable material (brick, tile, etc.,) as
shown with the dashed line in Figu­
re 3.
• The sauna room must be built in
accordance with the construction
standards and must be approved
by the fire inspector. The wall and
ceiling construction behind the
heater must not contain flammable
materials.
• Insulating the required air inlet and
outlet flues used is forbidden.
