Information on the low temperature baking cycles

Below is a list of useful information concerning the cycles:

Select one of the four cycles (core probe cycle, time-based cycle, cascade cycle and
ΔT cycle) to view the start screen in a "simplified" form where the user can change
the cell temperature and the probe temperature; ventilation and maintenance are
set by default (Ref. A Fig. 7.10).

When some data or an element is grey, it means that it is not enabled and cannot
be edited (Ref. B Fig. 7.10).

The preset cycles only include the core probe cycle.

In the low temperature baking cycle there is a settable cooking delay phase and a
phase during which the food is kept warm once cooked.
