"Blast chilling/Deep-freezing" menu

The "Blast chilling" and "Deep-freezing" menus, and the relative edit
and cycle start procedures, are the same.
IMPORTANT!
To make the manual easier to read, only the "Blast chilling" menu will
be described.
To access the Blast chilling/Deep-freezing menu, press the respective key on the "HOME"
screen (see para. 7.5 "HOME" screen).
This menu consists of a manual cycle and a series of preset cycles, which can all be edited
according to the user's needs.
