Description of keys
Here is a summary of the keys featured in the panel of the appliance.
IMPORTANT!
The keys shown below may appear on the different screens of the
software and they will always have the same function.
To make it easier to read the manual, they will be described only once.

Press to switch off the touch screen
of the appliance.
Press to go to the recipe screen.
Press to go to the settings page (see
para. 7.5.1 "Settings" screen).
Press to go to the alarms page when
the key is yellow. When the key is
grey, it means that there are no
active alarms.
Press to go to the core probe cycle
screen.
Press to go to the time-based cycle
screen.
Press to go to the cascade cycle
screen.
Press to go to the timer-based cycle
screen.
Press to go to the Delta T cycle
screen. This function allows for the
temperature difference between
the probe and the cell to be kept
constant during the cycle.
