Position the seat pad (H) over the mounting brackets on the
frame making sure the wide end of the seat is towards the
back of the weight bench as shown.Fasten the seat using bolts
M6*16.
Attach the two square metal bench seat supports (J) to main
frame ( F).
Attach the backrest (I) to square metal bench seat supports
(J) with bolts M6*40.
