Some dust created by cutting contains chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive
harm. Some examples of these chemicals are silicate minerals of asbes-tos boards. Your risk from exposures
to these varies, depending on how often you perform this type of work. To reduce your exposure to these
chemicals: work in a well-ventilated area, and work with approved safety equipment, such as dust masks
that are specially designed to filter out microscopic particles.
If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction and collection facilities, ensure these are con-

nected and properly used. Use of dust collection can reduce dust-related hazards.

Do not reach in the area of the tool. The proximity of the blade to your hand may not always be obvious.
Otherwise there is a risk of serious personal injuries.
Use clamps or another practical and secure way to fix the workpiece on the machine table, e. g. with the
help of a vacuum table, double-sided tape or clamps. Holding a workpiece with your hands leaves it unsta-
ble and may lead to loss of control or serious injury.

Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. The product is only suitable for indoor use. Water enter-
ing an electronic part will increase the risk of electric shocks.
Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way. Do not use any adapter plugs.

Disconnect the plug from the power source of the machine and the power tool before making any adjust-
ments, changing accessories, or storing power tools. Otherwise, there is a risk of electrocution and the
machine accidentally starting.
If the insertion tool becomes jammed or bogged down in the workpiece, turn the power tool "OFF" (0) by
the switch. Stop the CNC program or, alternatively, activate the emergency switch of the CNC system. Wait
for all oscillating parts to stop and disconnect the power tool from the power source before working to free
the jammed material. The tool switch remaining in the „ON" (1) position can lead to an unexpected restart
that can cause serious injuries.
Do not alter or misuse the tool. Any alteration or modification is a misuse and may result in serious personal
injury.
This product is controlled by a computer. During operation, it cannot be controlled directly. Lack of caution
or expertise as well as program errors can lead to unexpected movements and personal injuries or damage.
Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or
these instructions to operate the power tool. Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
Use the power tool, accessories and end mills etc. in accordance with these instructions, taking into ac-

count the working conditions and the work to be performed. Use of the power tool for operations different
from those intended could result in a hazardous situation.
Never use dull or damaged insertion tools. Sharp insertion tools must be handled with care. Damaged inser-
NOTICE tion tools can snap during use. Dull insertion tools require more force to push the tool though the material,
possibly causing the insertion tool to break.
Do not leave a running CNC system and power tool unattended, but turn the power off. Only when a CNC

router or power tool comes to a complete stop and is disconnected from the main power supply it is safe.
Do not allow familiarity gained from frequent use of the product to become common-place. Always remem-

ber that a careless fraction of a second is sufficient to inflict severe injury.
