Rectifying faults

If you have problems with your telephone, please first check the following
information. In the case of technical problems you can also contact our Hotline on
Tel. 0180 5 00 13 88. In the case of warranty claims, please contact your dealer.
The warranty period is 2 years.
No calls possible
Call cut off or breaks up
The battery symbol does
not flash during charging

- Rectifying faults -
The phone line is not connected correctly or is
faulty.
Use only the telephone cable provided.
Check whether your telephone connection is in
working order by using another telephone.
The mains power supply has not been plugged
in or there is a complete loss of power.
The rechargeable accupack is flat or defective.
You are too far away from the base station.
You are too far away from the base station.
Base station in the wrong location.
Place the handset properly on the charger, clean
the contact surfaces of the handset and the
charger with a soft, dry cloth.
Place the handset with the display to the front on
the charging station for at least 16 hours. If this
does not help, replace the rechargeable
accupack.
Caused by direct sunlight. Allow the handset to
cool down.
The phone book concerned is full.
