Mounting of side channel
through the backside (ø5mm)
The closed type side channel is pre-drilled as standard (the inner chamber by Ø10 mm in all
cases). There are 2 placement options for the side channel: sideways or via the rear wall. The
Ø10 mm borehole is already pre-drilled; the ø5 mm borehole has yet to be drilled.

The holes are pre-drilled sequential over a distance of 250 mm.
Allow a maximum distance of 750 mm between sequential holes.
Fix the screws and make sure that the screw head is integrated (flush-mounted)
to prevent obstruction of the H-PVC inner rail.

• Demount the 2-part side
channel.
• Use an Allen key type 3 for
unscrewing the front part of
the side channel type 'G'.
• A plastic end cap at the
base of the side channel
type 'G' prevents the HPVC
side channel from sliding
down.
• This end cap can be
removed if the rail is resting
on a horizontal surface.
