The Kobold electric brush is

Troubleshooting
Possible cause and solutions
The suction duct of the electric brush may be blocked.
– Open the inspection flap (1) on the underside of the electric
brush.
– Remove the blockage.
– If necessary, use an appropriate object to do this (e.g. crochet
needle).
– Put the inspection flap (1) back on.
The roller brushes may not be correctly inserted.
– Check whether the roller brushes are correctly inserted.
– Always replace both brushes together.
It may that original Kobold accessories were not used; this can lead
to bearing and motor damage.
– Use original Kobold roller brushes only.
An object may have become stuck in the area of the roller brushes.
– Remove the object.
