The value can be changed from 1 to 30 minutes using the two "25%" cursor buttons. To save the
value, press the "SETUP" button within 5 seconds. "ST" appears briefly in the lower left corner of
the display. You have 5 seconds to save the entry, otherwise the device switches to the operating
display without saving.
Disabling/enabling automatic power-off:

To disable the automatic power-off, turn off the device first.
Press and hold the "0%" cursor button and turn on the device. Keep both buttons pressed until
the device type and the power-off time (0) are displayed with a beep. The display switches to the
operating display shortly thereafter. The automatic power-off function is disabled.
To re-enable the automatic power-off, proceed as described above under "Changing the power-
off time". The power-off time can be set from 1 to 30 minutes.
d) Setting brightness of the display illumination
The brightness of the switchable display illumination can be individually adjusted. The bright-
ness is factory preset to 60% to save energy.
To change this value, turn off the device first.
Press and hold one of the two "25%" cursor buttons
and turn on the device. Press and hold down both
buttons until you hear a beep. The percentage value
is shown at the bottom right of the display.
The value can be changed in 20% increments from
20 to 100% using the two "25%" cursor buttons. To
save the value, press the "SETUP" button within
5 seconds. "ST" appears briefly in the lower left cor-
ner of the display. You have 5 seconds to save the entry, otherwise the device switches to the
operating display without saving.
