Do not install the shears on asphalt or soft screed.
There must be no expansion joints or cracks that would interrupt the continuity of the
reinforcement.
Load bearing capacity of false ceilings must be checked by operator.
Montage
1. Setting up and aligning the pairs of scissors
FOR ABOVE GROUND MOUNTING:
Position the two pairs of scissors parallel to each other and place the control box on the intended surface as
specified in the technical data. Before fastening with dowels, make sure that both scissors are aligned, if
necessary align with washers or plates.
2. Fit hydraulic hoses
In order to attach the hydraulic hoses, it is advisable to lift both shears up to the first notch with a
suitable aid.
a. Open the front cover of the control box.
b. Attach hydraulic hose(s) as shown below.
c. Connect hydraulic hoses and leak oil lines to cylinders as shown.
When routing the hydraulic hoses, make sure that the hose is clear of any
moving part. Make sure to keep the hoses and fittings clean from dust.
Failure to do so may result in hydraulic line failure which may result in
damage or personal harm.
