Connect the PCA-500 to one bus socket or to one bus
connector. To the bus at least one PSS-224A/B and
one remote microphone have to be connected.
Connect the +24 V power supply to the PSS-224A/B. Be
sure the +24V LED at the PSS-224A/B front panel lights up
and be sure when pressing one group button on the remote
microphone the enclosed red LED lights up as well.
CONFIGURATION OVERVIEW
Execute ProLineConfig software again as Service Technician.
The program starts with the ProLine-224 Configuration
screen.
After the first installation of PSS-224A/B the correct number
of relays must be selected for "Lines" (per relay card 8 lines)
also all installed modules have to be marked.
Click "Send" and the data will be transmitted to the PSS-
224A/B. With the next start of ProLineConfig software you
only have to click "Receive". All data stays stored in the
PSS-224A/B´s memory.
Click "Receive" so that the software can identify all devices
on the bus. After all devices are identified confirm with
"O.K.".
If not all remote microphones are identified, some may have
the same address. Connect only one remote microphone
to the bus. Click "Receive" and change the remote
microphone address as in chapter RRM-108A and PDM-
208A described.
Do not set one address twice. This may cause
malfunctions of the whole system!

Verbinden Sie den PCA-500 mit einer Bus-Anschlussdose
oder der Bus-Anschlussbuchse. Am Bus sollten mindestens
ein PSS-224A/B und eine Sprechstelle angeschlossen sein.
Schließen Sie das PSS-224A/B an die 24V Versorgungs-
spannung an. Kontrollieren Sie ob die +24V LED am PSS-
224A/B aufleuchtet und ob beim Drücken einer Linientaste
an der Sprechstelle die rote LED aufleuchtet
KONFIGURATIONSÜBERSICHT
Starten Sie nun die ProLineConfig-Software erneut als Ser-
vicetechniker. Das Programm startet mit dem ProLine-Kon-
figurationsbildschirm.
Bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme der PSS-224A/B muss so-
wohl bei „Linien" die Anzahl der Relais ausgewählt (pro Re-
laiskarte 8) als auch die eingebauten Sondermodule ange-
geben werden.
Klicken Sie auf „Senden". Die Daten werden zur PSS-
224A/B übertragen. Beim nächsten Start der ProLineConfig-
Software genügt es, auf „Empfangen" zu klicken. Die Daten
bleiben in der PSS-224A/B gespeichert.
Klicken Sie auf „Empfangen" um alle am Bus angeschlosse-
nen Geräte zu erkennen. Nachdem alle Geräte erkannt sind,
bestätigen Sie mit „O.K.".
Sollten nicht alle Sprechstellen erkannt worden sein, so ha-
ben eventuell einige die gleiche Adresse. Schließen Sie nur
eine Sprechstelle an den Bus an. Klicken Sie auf „Empfan-
gen" und ändern Sie die Adresse der Sprechstelle, wie im
Kapitel PRM-108A und PDM-208A beschrieben.
Vergeben Sie keine Adresse zweimal und lassen Sie
auch keine Adresse aus!
