Adjust synchronization ropes
In order to check the synchronism, you can hear the click of the safety notches, the pallet truck,
which clicks later, has to be tightened.
1. Raise the lift to a height of approx. 100-200 mm.
2. Remove the column tape.
3. Slightly loosen the lock nut.
4. Tension the pull rope using an open-ended wrench.
5. Tighten the lock nut again.

Explanation of the
components:
A = steel cable
B = deposit
C = stranded wire
D = wire
E = central strand
F = section
The synchronous rope must be replaced if the following reasons apply:
1. 6 wires within a section are defective
2. 3 wires of a stranded wire within a section are defective
3. Rust damage to ropes or connections
4. Kinks, bruises, heat damage or a broken insert
5. A wear of 10% of the original diameter
