5. Working with reCool
1. Install the driven tool in the machine.
Make sure that the unit is supplied with coolant and the minimum coolant pressure is maintained, otherwise
bearings of the reCool
2. Close safety devices (doors, guards, etc.).
Follow all machine and company safety guidelines when operating the machine.
3. Start machine with coolant flow.
The coolant must be fitered with a 20 μm filter. Larger unfiltered particles can block the coolant flow to the
bearings and may cause damages and premature wear.
Always start the coolant flow before rotating the reCool
Minimum coolant pressures must be observed (see section 2.2)
4. After machining, turn the coolant off last.
The coolant flow should only be shut off after the driven tool has stopped rotating, otherwise dry running could
damage the unit.
5.1 Long-term interruption of use
It is recommended to remove the reCool
and to coat with a rust protection spray.

System may be damaged or destroyed.

System during longer interruptions, to clean with a degreasing detergent
