Operating the scale
– Step onto the platform of the scale.
– Be sure to place your feet in the centre of the platform. The distances between your feet
and the edges of the platform should be more or less the same on all sides. Try not to
move.
– Wait until the pointer stops moving.
The pointer will always tremble a little because it is impossible to stand absolutely motionless
on the platform. However, the error is minimal. You may be confident to have a precise enough
result at all times.
Cleaning
For cleaning just take a damp cloth or common disinfection products.
Do not use any abrasive or strong chemical cleaners.
In order to achieve a long lifetime of your scale, make sure no water or fluids can penetrate
into the inside of the scale. Keep the scale away from high humidity or direct heat or sunlight.
Warranty
ADE will repair or replace this product within 2 years of the date of purchase (upon presentation
of receipt) if it is proven that the product failed due to defective materials or poor workmanship.
All movable parts are excluded from the warranty. This warranty does not apply to normal signs
of wear and tear or damages caused by accidents or misuse. Opening of the device by
unauthorized persons will void the warranty. The customer's statutory rights are in no way
affected by the terms of this warranty.
In case of warranty claims or for after sales service and replacement parts, contact the
distributor where the scale was purchased.
