5.1.4 Automatische Deckelzuhaltung

• Frontblende demontieren - siehe 5.1.1
• Die 4 Innensechskant von oben Lösen
• Stecker von den Schlössern abziehen
• Wiedereinbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
5.1.5 Gasdruckfeder
• Deckel öffnen, Gerät ausschalten, Netzstecker ziehen
• Rückwand entfernen
• Kerbstifte für obere Befestigung der Gasdruckfeder aus dem Gelenkbock mit
eingekerbter Seite voran
herausschlagen (aber umgekehrt eindrücken mit Kombizange)
• Kerbstift durch passenden Schraubenzieher ersetzen, damit der Deckel nicht
zufallen kann
• Befestigungsschrauben für unteren Lagerbock durch obere Öffnung entfernen
• Gasdruckfeder entnehmen
• Kerbstift für untere Befestigungen der Gasdruckfeder aus dem Gelenkbock mit
eingekerbter Seite voran
herausschlagen (aber umgekehrt eindrücken mit Kombizange)
• ausgediente Gasdruckfeder ersetzen und neue Gasdruckfeder sinngemäß in
umgekehrter Reihenfolge wieder einbauen

5.1.4. Automatic Lid Locking System
• Dismantle the front panel - see 5.1.1
• Loosen the 4 screws from above
• Disconnect plug from the motor
• Reinstall the latch and gear motor in reverse order
5.1.5 Gas lid stay
• Open the lid, switch off the unit, pull out the mains plug
• Remove rear-panel
• Knock carefully the joint bolts for upper attaching of gas lid stay out of joint
Splinttreiber block with its three notches ahead by use of a hammer and pin punches (but
press the bolt in with non notches ahead by use of pliers)
• Push an adequate screw driver into bolt's place to keep the gas pressure spring
in position to avoid lid's slamming
• Remove screws at the bottom trough upper notch
• Take out the gas pressure spring to the top
• Knock carefully the joint bolt for lower attaching of gas lid stay out of joint
Splinttreiber block with its three notches ahead by use of hammer and pin punches (but
press the bolt in with non notches ahead by use of pliers)
• Replace worn out gas lid stay and reinstall the new one analogously in reverse
order and remount the unit completely.
