Installation procedure
Piping maintenance
During installation, maintenance should be carried out as specified in the table to prevent water, foreign matter, and
dust from entering the pipes.

Note
When a pipe has to penetrate through a wall or extend outdoors, ensure foreign matter and dust do not enter the pipe.
Attention item for piping connection
• To connect a pipe to or remove it from the connection kit, use pliers for screws and a torque spanner;
• When installing the connection kit, please fix the box and connecting pipes in an efficient manner to avoid shaking
when changing the connection kit.
• For the sizes of the flares, please refer to <Table-1>.
<Note>
• For connection at a flare, apply ester or ether oil to the flare (both inner surface and outer surface). Apply this oil 3
to 4 times and insert the screw in the first use
• The tightening torque for the flare is given in <Table-1>.
If no torque wrench is available, do the following:
Use a spanner to tighten the nut of the flare until the tightening torque sharply increases.
The tightening angle is the position where the tightening torque sharply increases <Table -2>.
After the work is complete, ensure there is no air leakage.
