Unscrew lid (4 turns).

If installed, take display out of holder by pushing the hook upwards.

Unplug display cable.

4 Loosen 2 screws in cover and remove cover.
5 Disconnect cable at terminal module.

Order of disassembly (housing T12)
Unscrew lid from terminal compartment EEx d (9 turns).

2 Disconnect cable at terminal module.
3 Unscrew lid from electronics compartment (4 turns).
4 If installed, take display out of holder by pushing the hook upwards.

Unplug display cable.

Press lower hook at module housing slightly inwards and ...
... pull front panel off.
Loosen mounting screws at electronics module.
Unplug connection cable to the terminal module from the electronics.
Pull out electronics module and . . .
... unplug the ribbon cable of the sensor.
Unscrew the stop screw in the housing about 4 - 5 turns (hexagon key 2.5 mm) and loosen the set screw
on the housing about 1 turn (hexagon key 4 mm)
While turning the complete sensor, pull it out of the housing.
Disassembly the ultrasonic sensor from the measuring point. Unscrew knurled nut and flange/mounting
bracket from sensor.
