decrease setting button (5) for fast adjustment.
2) After an extended period of operation, it is nor-
mal for the cooling fan inside to continue run-
ning in Standby mode for some time. Before

Cleaning and Maintenance
Attention: Always unplug the appliance from the electrical power outlet and let it cool down completely
before cleaning and storage.
Cleaning
• Never immerse the appliance in water or other
liquids.
• Clean the cooled exterior surface with a slightly
damp cloth or sponge with some mild soap solution.
Storage
• Before storage, always make sure the appliance
has already been disconnected from the electri-
cal outlet and cooled down completely.

Troubleshooting

If the appliance does not function properly, please
check the below table for the solution. If you are
still unable to solve the problem, please contact the
supplier/service provider.
Problems
The appliance does not switch ON.
Cooling fan is operating even after
the appliance is switched to Standby
mode.
unplug the appliance, wait until the cooling fan
stops running.
3) The appliance's surface is still hot after switch to
Standby mode. Wait completely cool down before
touching.
Possible cause
The temperature of the appliance is
too high
Cooling fan defective
The pan or pot is overheated.
Possibly, the pan becomes empty
and appliance will shut down for
protection.
The supply voltage is abnormal.
(Supply voltage is too high or too low)
• Never use abrasive sponges or detergents, steel
wool or metallic utensils to clean the interior or
exterior parts of the appliance.
• Store the appliance in a cool, clean and dry place.
• Never put heavy objects on the heating surface
during storage as it may crack it.

Possible cause
- Power plug is not connected proper-
ly with the electrical outlet.
- On/Standby (1) button is not pressed.
- This is normal. The cooling fan con-
tinues running in Standby mode for
some time to cool down all internal
elements.
Possible solution
Clear all obstacles that around the ap-
pliance. Unplug the appliance, remove
the pan or pot, wait until the appliance
is completely cool down.
Contact the supplier.
Unplug the appliance, remove the pan
or pot, wait until the appliance is com-
pletely cool down. And make sure water
is inside the pan.
Make sure that the appliance is con-
nected to a suitable electrical power
supply.
Possible solution
- Check the power plug to make sure
it is connected properly.
- Press the On/Standby (1) button to
start operation.
- Wait until the cooling fan stops ro-
tating.
