THE COOKING MODES

Select one of the following modes
according to your experience in cooking
your recipe:

Select "EXPERT" mode for a
recipe for which you will select
the type of cooking, the tem-
perature and the cooking time
yourself.

Select the "EXPERT STEAM"
mode for a recipe for which you
will select the type of cooking,
the temperature, the percen-
tage of steam and the cooking time.

Select
GUIDE»mode for a recipe for
which you need assistance
from the oven. Simply select
the type of food proposed and its weight
and the oven will select the most suitable
parameters.

Select the
STEAM»mode for a traditional
recipe associated with steam
for which you need assistance
from the oven.
